Description
Surrounded by a small independent flowered garden of 100 m2 (not fenced) with access by four local stone steps (inappropriate for young children) this new holiday cottage, with two rooms of 45m², with air-conditioning is perfect for two adults with its wooden terrace of 16 m2 with pergola. You will have access to the secure chlorinated swimming pool (diving prohibited) facing south, open from June to September, and to the boules pitch (pétanque) at the owners' house (9am - 7pm).
The holiday cottage is composed of a lounge and its fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, and an independent WC.
Internet access is available in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the holiday cottage. However, outside, smoking is allowed on condition of using an ashtray. Private car park. Access to the village by the Andoulins road and its shops (bakery, convenience store, pharmacy, medical centre, bank) 20 minutes away. Supermarket and service station 3km away. Access to the A 57 highway 7 minutes away.
