Guiol’s oil mill
Since its creation in 1789, GUIOL’s Oil Mill has not stopped its activity. Nine successive generations at the service of the olive tree have proved their attachment to the land and the respect for family values. Free visit and tasting.
Description
To ensure that the story does not end there, André GUIOL took over the mill in 2000, joined later on by his wife Cathy. In 2004, they gave the Mill a new lease of life by creating, in parallel of the traditional workshop, a modern workshop equipped with a continuous chain. Conscious of the heritage they have received, André and Cathy combine traditional knowledge with the modernity required by European standards, meeting today's quality and hygiene demands.

Closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday, July 14th and August 15th. Annual closure between christmas and New year's.
